Situation: You log in, and the screen reports that you've successfully logged in, but then you're shown the pre-login screen with only the Downloads and Welcome Guests forums.
Suggestions: Clear your cache of all temporary Internet files. In Internet Explorer, you should choose Tools (or click the Tools link at the right if you're using the tooolbar) and choose Internet Options. On the General tab of that window, click the "Delete..." button in Browsing History to display the submenu. You can choose any or all of these options at your preference to clear up the login problem. If you're using Firefox, click Tools at the top and choose Clear Private Data. Check the boxes for cookies, cache and/or saved passwords and click "Clear Private Data Now." For Chrome, click the wrench tool button on the right and choose Clear Browsing Data, check the boxes to clear and click "Clear Browsing Data."
If clearing these settings doesn't allow you to log in successfully, call the technical support line for assistance.
